2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for:

Products with minor packaging damage that does not affect usability

Personal care tools (unless sealed and unused)
3. Return & Refund Timeframe

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 working days

5. Delivery Charges
